Terms of Service Agreement
Before starting work users must agree to the terms of service before engaging the studio services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All design elements, logos, graphics, and content displayed on the website are the property of the studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Use of Designs
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final designs for their intended purpose, but the studio retains the right to use the designs for self-promotion and portfolio purposes.
Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from using the studio designs or content for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
Payment terms
Payment for the services provided by the studio is to be made in two stages:
a. 40% of the total project cost is due before the commencement of the work.
b. The remaining 60% is due upon the completion of the work. Upon receipt of the final payment, the studio will provide all materials related to the project to the client.
Confidentiality
The studio will keep all client information and project details confidential and not disclose them to third parties without explicit consent.
Copyright and Trademark Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to the studio for design do not infringe on the copyrights or trademarks of others.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:
a. Provide all necessary materials, such as logos, images, and content, required for the project, in a timely manner.
b. Provide prompt feedback and answers to any questions or inquiries from the studio throughout the project.
Termination of Cooperation
In the event that the client decides to terminate the cooperation for any reason, the studio will not refund the initial 40% prepayment. The studio reserves the right to retain this payment as compensation for the work and resources already invested in the project.
Edits and Revisions
The client is entitled to request two rounds of edits or revisions to the delivered work without additional charges. If the client requires further edits beyond the two rounds, the studio will charge an additional amount as per a mutually agreed-upon arrangement.
Limitation of Liability
The studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of their designs or services.
Force Majeure
The studio shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
